BREAKING: Gov. Bella Taylor to withdraw from Liberty VP race

BREAKING: Reports say that Governor Bella Taylor (Liberty Party-D2) will withdraw her bid for the vice presidential nomination of the Liberty Party today. The formal announcement will be made at a press conference at the capitol of the military district.

Governor Taylor became the chief executive of District 2 in a meteoric rise to the office. She was elected to serve as deputy to popular Governor Trevor Patton, who resigned to become Assistant Secretary-General for the Council of Nations. With Patton’s resignation, Taylor became the first governor with a genetic disorder in the nation of Panem.

Governor Taylor’s run for the vice presidency was short, but well noted. Her performance in the VP debates were lackluster, leading to a drop from the middle of the polls to the bottom. Facing a lack of donations and low polling, Taylor has decided to withdraw.
